Our HANA is installed on SUSE Linux 12, which is the latest and has JAVA SDK 7.0, this is the IBM release with GCC libraries.  This prevents errors with HANA and SAP UI5.  We have a lot of experience with HANA going back to SP5.  We have made this release EASY to use.
